Banpo-dong Commercial Building is a unique project located on Sapyeong-daero between Sapyeong Station and Sinnonhyeon Station. By utilizing the characteristics of the land, the location of the building is clearly revealed at the surrounding crossroads, and as a neighborhood living facility, it has the optimal conditions to be easily found around it. The project design is centered on the encounter with a unique road, and a vertical core space is placed inside the land to emphasize the sense of openness.
On the first floor of the ground, restaurants and offices are arranged separately, and entrances are designed independently to separate the movement of each user.
The elevations of the project follow the lines of the surrounding roads and the curves and straight lines of aluminum panels are combined to form a unique three-dimensional effect. Inside, the part that touches the core is used as a public space, and the private space is located as you enter the north. The project was designed with a focus on forming an independent identity by utilizing the characteristics and conditions of the land.
